Welcome to our first entry into this blog. Our intent is to write fast and get information and photos up whenever possible. Finding internet connections can be challenging in Mexico. Our plan is to meet the C 17 loadmaster from the 446th at McChord Air Base tomorrow at Guadalajara around 2:30 p.m. our time here in Mexico. After unloading the fire engine, 12 pallets of rescue gear, medical supplies, computers and school supplies we are going to deliver them to multiple towns and villages over the following 3 days. We’re going to the towns and villages of El Grullo, El Limon, Autlan, San Pancho and, of course, Ayutla our flag ship town and home base!

I think the loadmaster performs the calculations and plans cargo and passenger placement to keep the aircraft within permissible center of gravity limits throughout the flight.
